The Employee Services Division of the 蜜豆视频 is privileged to serve our 7,700 employees through four portfolios.

The Employee Services Division is a dedicated team of human resources, labour relations and payroll professionals that are committed to fostering and sustaining service excellence, continuous improvement, safe and inclusive workplaces, and transparent working relationships to directly support the VSB’s Education Plan.  The goal of the Employee Services Division is to recruit, retain and develop a diverse workforce that are representative of the students and communities we serve.    

The Employee Services Division is responsible for:

• Enterprise Risk and Safety Compliance- attendance support, disability management, emergency preparedness, employee health, safety, and wellness, and respectful workplace;  
• Employee Relations- administering the terms and conditions of employment for exempt staff;
• Labour Relations- contract administration, grievance management of and collective bargaining of 14 collective agreements with CUPE Locals 15 and 407, International Union of Operating Engineers Local 963, Vancouver Teachers’ Federation, Vancouver Elementary and Adult Educators’ Society, and Trades, criminal record checks, and workplace investigations.
• People Services- payroll, benefits, compensation, employment equity, human resources information systems, and job evaluation; and
